Quality Assurance Process
1.Carefully check the product name, specification, stove number, and quantity and work well a detailed record after the material arrived to the factory.
2.Check the quality and the size of the steel (10% sampling test). Check 10 pieces macroscopic structure per batch; make acid-attacked macroscopic structure test block, on which there must not be macroscopic shrinkage cavity, bubble, flaw, inclusion, skull patch and white dot. Check the chemical composition per month (external inspection).
3.Inform the workshop to put into production if the material is up to the standards.
4.Test according to “Procedures of Inspection”.
5. Besides self and mutual inspection during laying-off, quality control department makes a sample check 2 times/5 pieces per shift.
6. During rolling procedure, make fist inspection in the workshop, while quality control department makes a sample check once/5 pieces per shift.
7. Quality control department draws X-R control chart analyzing the procedure and capacity.
8.Check 10 pieces per batch for appearance, size, internal defect, specification, batch number and identification; handle problems timely.
9. Examine and verity the qualified product and make a sample check of all products once per year.
Defective product management
1. Find defective product, isolate and label it at any time.
2.Trace the defective product, analyze it using cause and effect diagrams and the like to ask for reasons and establish rectification measures.
3.To rework or repair the detective product should get the approval of the department of technology and make relevant process.
4.To make a concession to use or release the detective product should get the approval of the deputy technical director.
5.For the serious detective product, the department of technology and the product department should be organized to review and establish rectification measures.
1.Train inspectors and testers before they start to work.
2.Establish list and account of the metering equipment and the test equipment; formulate periodicity plan of docimasy and execute it in strict rotation.
3.Guarantee the environment condition of the usage of the test equipment.
4.Strictly execute the operating procedures of the metering equipment and the test equipment.
5.Check the measuring instrument once a quarter to ensure the quality management of its usage.
6.Do a good job in management for the receiving, turning, sealing and scrapping of the measuring instrument; make completed formalities and record.
7.Fomulate development plan for the measuring instrument along with the constant development of the science and technology and the request of the new product and new process; constantly raise the level of test equipment and measuring equipment.
